Shipping policy

At Kingsbridge, every parcel leaves our hands the same way our members leave the clubhouse: well-presented, intentional, and held to a higher standard. Below are the guidelines we uphold for all shipments leaving the House.

Processing & Preparation
Each order is prepared with care, sealed with the Kingsbridge mark, and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During new collections or high-volume periods, preparation may extend to 5–7 business days as we maintain the level of detail expected of the Club.

Shipping & Delivery
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier. Standard domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days once shipped. You will receive a tracking number the moment your parcel departs the clubhouse.

Address Accuracy
Membership begins with attention to detail. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout—the Club cannot reroute parcels once they have been released to the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives in less-than-proper condition, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we may make it right. While Kingsbridge is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier, we will stand beside you and assist in resolving the matter whenever possible.

Pre-Order Items
Some items are crafted ahead of release and offered on a pre-order basis. Orders containing pre-order pieces will ship together when all items are ready, ensuring a unified and consistent presentation.
