"What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing to us." A.W. Tozer

The one thing all people have in common is our total and complete depravity. All of us have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

The thought of God produces either fear or hope.

Fear, because one day you will stand before your Creator and answer for every sinful thought, every outburst of anger, and every act of rebellion. The deepest and darkest parts of your heart will be laid bare before Him. You will be sentenced to death, not only physical death, but an eternity of suffering under the just judgment of God. God will be right and just in His condemnation, and you will have no defense.

Or, the thought of God produces hope. Not because you are not a sinner, and not because you do not deserve death, but because the debt you owe and the punishment you deserve have been taken upon Christ and paid in full.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God—fully God and fully man—perfect in every way. Through His life, death, and resurrection, Christ satisfied the wrath of God, broke our bondage to sin, and invites us to spend eternity with our Creator.

This is the foundation of Kingsbridge.

Do not forsake what Christ has done. Do not attempt to pay your own debt. Do not ignore this invitation.

Repent and believe the Gospel.
